**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Azure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases to guarantee data integrity and availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure and MS SQL Server-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in infrastructure management to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Azure and MS SQL Server to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure.
- Must possess strong expertise in managing and maintaining MS SQL Server databases.
- Should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Should be proficient in system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Must have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Should be knowledgeable in disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be able to mentor and train junior team members.
- Must be familiar with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
- Should have experience in evaluating and selecting new technologies.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
