**Responsibilities**:

- Manage recovery and collection of outstanding
- Worked on collection bucket(DPD)
- The desired associate Achieve monthly ageing & collection targets
- Open additional channels of recovery, Manage escalations.
- Negotiate with past-due accounts for debt recovery.
- Closely monitor and follow
- up on overdue accounts for timely resolutions.
- Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
- Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.
- Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment.
- Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.
- Ensure that all details of the calls & updates on collections are updated on the system as per the process.

**Qualification**:

- EXPERIENCE: Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in the collection II Recovery.
- LANGUAGE: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu are mandatory.
- WORKING: 6 Days
- WEEK-OFF: 1 Day week-off
- SHIFT: Day Shift

**Salary**: 15k to 20k per month Fixed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
