**Position Overview**:
As a Field Team Member at our political consulting company, you will play a crucial role

in executing on-the-ground campaign strategies, engaging with voters, and supporting

our overall campaign efforts. You will work closely with campaign managers, strategists,

and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of our political initiatives.

**Job title**:Field Associate for the period of 2 months

Salary will be as per industry standards & profile

**Responsibilities**:
1. Voter Outreach: Conduct door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and

community outreach to engage with voters, disseminate campaign messaging,

and gather valuable feedback.

2. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing campaign events, rallies,

town halls, and community meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and maximum

participation.

3. Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to effectively

carry out campaign activities, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Data Collection and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of voter interactions,

volunteer activities, and campaign metrics, and provide regular reports to

campaign leadership.

5. Campaign Material Distribution: Distribute campaign literature, yard signs, and

other promotional materials in targeted neighborhoods and communities.

6. Polling Place Monitoring: Monitor polling places on Election Day to ensure

compliance with election laws, address any issues that arise, and provide

support to voters as needed.

7. Community Engagement: Build relationships with community leaders,

stakeholders, and local organizations to increase campaign visibility and support.

8. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing campaign

priorities, schedules, and strategies as directed by campaign leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in political campaigning, community organizing, or related

fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

engage with diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to

multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with voter databases, campaign technology, and data management

tools is a plus.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the campaign, including a passion for

civic engagement and political activism.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel within assigned geographic areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and

creativity in problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 45 days

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
