**Job Summary**:
The CNC Laser Cutting Operator is responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision metal parts and components. This role requires an understanding of fabrication techniques, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut metal materials (e.g., steel & stainless) based on technical drawings and job orders
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions
- Load and unload materials onto the machine bed with the help of helper when required
- Adjust machine settings for material type and thickness (power, speed, focus, etc.)
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, gauges)
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or cut quality issues
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow 5S and safety procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting on CNC laser machines
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals

**Qualifications**:

- Technical certificate in machining or manufacturing is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math
- Familiarity with CNC control panels and programming basics (e.g. nesting software)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment

**Work Conditions**:

- Industrial shop floor environment with exposure to heat, noise, and machinery
- Requires wearing PPE (safety mask, shoes etc.)
- May involve shift work, overtime, or weekend hours depending on production demand

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
