**Location - Okhla, Phase-1**

**Work hours - 9:30AM to 6:30PM OR 10AM to 7PM**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of topics using various sources such as databases, academic journals, websites, and other reliable sources.

2. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

3. Compile research findings into clear and concise reports, presentations, or summaries.

4. Collaborate with team members to define research objectives and methodologies.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in research methods.

6. Assist in the development of research proposals, project plans, and budgets.

7. Manage research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

8. Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, or oral briefings.

9. Provide support to other departments by conducting ad-hoc research as needed.

10. Maintain accurate records of research methodologies, data sources, and findings.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.

3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

4. Proficiency in using research tools and software such as statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS), database management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying research opportunities.

9. Ethical conduct and adherence to research standards and protocols.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience in academic or scientific research.

2. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

3. Knowledge of research ethics and regulatory requirements.

4. Experience with survey design and data collection methods.

5. Experience in a specific industry or sector relevant to the organization's focus areas.
