Study product drawing and prepare Solid model from Autocad/ Solidworks drawing.
- Ensure all features are on nominal dimensions.
- Continual improvement to reduce process cycle time and yield improvement.
- Ensure process capability of Cpk > 1.33 in all machining operations.
- Provide support to Process Engineering team in preparation of element drawing and process sheets.
- Participate in Process trials and provide support to Process Engineering team.
- Assist selection of job specific cutting tools and accessories to improve Quality, Throughput and reduce Cycle time and Cost.
- Design and Drafting of jigs / fixtures / tools for product realisation.

**This position reports to Manager - Manufacturing Support Engineering and will be responsible for process design.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,849.00 per month
