Develop and execute CSR initiatives in line with the company's mission, sustainability goals, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify key focus areas for social impact.
- Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, and government bodies for CSR projects.
- Act as a liaison between the company and non-profit organizations to ensure effective project execution.
- Plan, budget, and execute CSR programs in areas such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, rural development, and skill development.
- Ensure timely implementation of CSR activities and measure their impact.
- Ensure CSR activities comply with **Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013** and other legal CSR mandates.
- Prepare and submit CSR reports, including financial allocation, impact assessment, and success stories.
- Organize corporate volunteering initiatives and encourage employee participation in CSR activities.
- Conduct awareness programs to enhance CSR involvement across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR projects to measure social and environmental impact.
- Document best practices and success stories for internal and external

**Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field**.
- **3-7 years of experience** in an NGO or corporate CSR role.
- Strong understanding of **CSR laws and compliance**, including **Companies Act, 2013 (CSR provisions)**.
- Experience in stakeholder management, project implementation, and impact assessment.
- Excellent communication, networking, and partnership-building skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive community engagement programs.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and report writing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
