**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative - Real Estate**

**Job Overview**: The Sales and Marketing Representative in real estate is responsible for driving property sales and promoting the company's real estate portfolio. This role combines market research, lead generation, relationship building, and marketing strategies to increase visibility and revenue for the company. The position requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels such as online listings, social media, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and client consultations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Assist clients in understanding market trends, financing options, and property values.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns for listings, targeting the right audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to create advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Provide personalized property recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, offering assistance with any future property needs.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date on current real estate trends, property values, and local market conditions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay competitive in the market.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- **Administrative & Reporting Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain property listings, contracts, and documentation related to sales and leases.
- Track and report sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance to management.
- Manage CRM software to track leads, prospects, and sales progress.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Real estate license (may be required depending on the jurisdiction).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or experience in real estate sales and marketing.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary with performance-based commissions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexibility for fieldwork and remote tasks.
