A Computer Operator cum Office Assistant supports daily office operations by performing both technical computer tasks and administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and general office assistance. Here's a more detailed breakdown of their duties and responsibilities: Computer-Related Tasks:

- **Data Entry**:Entering and managing data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Document Preparation**:Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software or other relevant software.
- **Database Management**:Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- **Computer Maintenance**:Performing basic computer maintenance tasks, such as updating software and troubleshooting common issues.
- **Typing and Formatting**:Typing documents, reports, and other materials, ensuring proper formatting and accuracy. English & Hindi typing is compulsory.

Office Assistant Duties:

- **Reception Duties**: Meeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general information.
- **General Office Assistance**: Assisting with various office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining and organizing office records and files.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with other employees and departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Assisting with the preparation for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- **Supplies Management**: Managing office supplies and ensuring that they are readily available.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assisting with travel arrangements for employees.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Performing other clerical tasks as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
