**Architect Responsibilities**:
Ø Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

Ø Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

Ø Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.

Ø project planning, designing, coordination with consultant, liasion with local & govt authority, know all statutory compliance, specification & standard norms.

Ø Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

Ø Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

Ø Developing and presenting project proposals.

Ø Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

Ø Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Ø Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.

Ø Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

Ø Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Ø Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

**Architect Requirements**:
**Qualification and skills:

- **

Ø Degree in architecture or a related field - B.Arch in Architecture.

Ø Previous experience as an Architect preferred.

Ø Excellent technical drawing skills.

Ø Strong communication and project management skills.

Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.

Ø Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ø Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

Ø Strong creative and visualization skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
