**Job Title: OPT Recruiter / Sr. OPT Recruiter / Sr. TA Executive**

**Experience: 2 - 5 Years Job**

**Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad**

**Job Type: Full Time (No Remote / No WFH) Shift: Night (EST Working Hours)**
- Experience in recruiting OPT/H1/H4 EAD/GC/US citizen hiring with effective hands on experience on various job boards i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
- Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.
- Ability to make 45-50 calls every day.
- Reach monthly Targets.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the *OPT*/H1/H4 EAD/GC/US citizens
- Need to coordinate for technical screening
- Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
- Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well
- Arrange schedules for technical interview

- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high
- paced, changing work environment.
- Able to manage and lead a team and train the new intake.
