**Job Title**: Telesales Agent / Sr. Telesales Agent (Telecom Process)

**Location**: Doon Express Business Park, Dehradun

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound telesales calls professionally and courteously.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant telecom services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, selling & negotiation skills.
- Hindi & English fluency required.

**Compensation**:

- 23,000 (Freshers) + Weekly incentives ■4,000-■5,000
- 26,000 (Experienced) + Weekly incentives ■4,000-■5,000
- Salary on 7th each month

**Shift**: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (with pre/post 15 mins buffer)

**Interview Rounds**: 4 In-person rounds (HR, HR Head, Ops, Client)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
