**Job description**

**Job Profile**:Tally entries of purchase and sales, revenue and expenses, GST calculations, tax payments and return filing, Petty cash management, Bank account and cash management, TDS working and filing

**Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
ª Purchase Entry, Sales Entry, Journal Entry, Account Reconciliation; Enter Various Entry in TALLY Software, etc.

ª Maintain General Ledger Accounting.

ª Different Account Reconciliation.

ª Handling Bank reconciliation, Cash Book, Cash Transactions.

ª Handling Bank accounts and cash management

ª Maintain and prepare reports for TDS. Full knowledge of GST & TDS required

ª Knowledge about return files of TAX & TDS

ª Submit Data to Head Accountant & Chartered Accountant as per their requirement.

ª Coordinating with employees for vouchers and their clearance.

ª Vendor registration and maintenance.

ª Invoice generation

ª Fulfilling all responsibilities effectively and on time with strict deadlines
