**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Executive specializing in Gold Loan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our gold loan products and services. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth within the gold loan segment. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, campaign execution, and customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand the trends and competitive landscape in the gold loan industry.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences related to gold loans.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote gold loan products.
- Identify target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and informative content related to gold loans for various marketing channels.
- Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Enhance brand visibility by participating in relevant events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with media outlets to secure coverage and interviews.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of gold loan products and the financial industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
