**Portfolio Management**:

- Manage and oversee client investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities.
- Monitor market conditions and analyze financial data to provide investment recommendations.
- Execute buy and sell orders for shares and other securities on behalf of clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and provide regular portfolio performance updates to clients.

**General Accounts Management**:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with investment activities.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular financial reports and statements for clients and management.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all financial transactions and client communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
