*Job Title:* Academic Counsellor

*Location:* Thane Maharashtra

*Salary:* Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

*Experience Required:* Minimum 2 years in academic counselling, sales, or education-related roles

*Employment Type:* Full-time

*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

Counsel students and parents on available courses and admission procedures

Conduct in-person, telephonic, or online counselling sessions

Assess student needs and recommend appropriate programs

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

Maintain and update the student database and CRM systems

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure student satisfaction

Achieve monthly enrolment targets and other performance metrics

Participate in education fairs, open houses, and institutional events

*Required Qualifications & Skills:*

Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s in Education, Psychology, or Business is a plus

Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling or related roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making

Target-oriented with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

*Working Hours:*

6 days a week (including weekends), with one weekday off

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (may vary slightly)

Pay: ₹13,507.71 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
