Executive - Influencer Marketing & Outreach

We are looking for a digitally savvy individual who knows the influencer world to develop and execute our influencer marketing campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities
- Confidently source, develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Identify nano, micro, and macro influencers and thought leaders
- Build exclusive partnerships with influencers
- Negotiate and contract influencers based on campaigns
- Report on influencer performance - organic and paid
- Project manage influencer campaigns from initial response through to post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation, talent and content creation
- Manage campaign budget and ensure campaign profitability, deadlines and key milestones are met
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in influencer marketing - list builidng, outreach, project management and execution
- Experience across channels including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, blogs and local social media platforms in India - English and vernacular languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organisation with time management skills
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Networking aptitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
