**About the Department**:
Information Technology, a newly twisted focused department of Life Insurance for IT team as enabler to Business growth. The focus area of this team are on System Solutions, Program Management, IT Delivery, IT Operations, Risk & Security Control, Data Reengineering, Production Issue Management, Infrastructure improvement, Digital Transformation and adoption of many future tech solutions of Life Insurance world.

**What does the job entail?**

**Leadership - Delivery Management**:

- Responsible for managing the delivery of the technology solution of a business increment and the flow and continual delivery of the program or value stream producing it in the shortest cycle time
- Interacting with the Business Solutions Group to assure the right work is being done at the right time to achieve the Business Value objective; this includes: prioritization, sequencing, decomposition, addressing impediments and cross-impacts
- Collaborate with the Business Solutions Group to identify business requirement and coordinate with IT Delivery team to deliver those requirement.
- Coordinating with Program Management team to own the assign task, solution designing, fit-gap-analysis, assign task to Dev partner and plan for delivery
- Experience in participating and running multiple projects, review user journeys and measure the improvement areas in tech solutions. Stakeholder management, Internal team relationship development and external vendor management

**Domain - Life Insurance**:

- Exposure and clear understanding of Life Insurance Business Process, System Process and Technical Process.
- III or LOMA certification is preferred
- Life Insurance Operations along with Tech-functional experience is added advantage
- Life cycle exposure of life Insurance business (Branch Operations, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Owner Service, Claims and Finance) and systems relativity
- Exposure in LIFE/Asia, GROUP/Asia, HEALTH/Asia system exposure, AS400 platform, CSPS, and System Integration
- Experience in Project management tools like JIRA is added advantage
- Able to comprehend technical jargons and communicate back to delivery leads
- Would be in position to manage BSG Leads, IT Delivery Leads and Business Users form technological battle and drive with appropriate tech solutions

**Essential Conditions**:

- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
- Work Exp: 13 to 15 years in Life Insurance / Technology Industry
- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong analytical ability & eye for detail
- Ability to influence & work under pressure
- Excellent Communication + Written skills
- Team Player and Self motivated
- Strong hold on Program management, drawing out patterns and reporting business metrics
- Ensures all practices adhere to the utmost integrity and compliance in all matters
