**Job Description: Process Coordinator**
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational processes to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor progress and efficiency of processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements
- Document and update process workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- Assist in training team members on updated processes and best practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare and analyze process reports, presenting findings to management
- Support cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between departments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
