Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Process Coordinator to handle day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to draft professional letters and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and data sheets
- Draft letters, emails, and official documents
- Assist in administrative and back-office tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office/administration roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Female candidates preferred
- Smart, organized, and detail-oriented
