Back Office Process Coordinator (Female Preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Process Coordinator to handle day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to draft professional letters and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports and data sheets
  • Draft letters, emails, and official documents
  • Assist in administrative and back-office tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office/administration roles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Female candidates preferred
