**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately enter and manage data in various software systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by reviewing, verifying, and correcting data.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Handle the creation and distribution of official documents, reports, and records.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Communicate with various departments to support their needs and streamline information flow.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams as required for data and reporting.
- **Processing Orders and Invoices**:

- Support order processing by preparing invoices, updating order status, and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for financial transactions.
- **Handling Customer and Vendor Queries**:

- Record and monitor feedback for process improvement.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring all data is correct and stocks are managed efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams as needed.
- **Scheduling and Administrative Support**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide additional administrative support to management and staff as required.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:

- Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. (Freshers are also welcome
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
