Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and is motivated to generate new business opportunities and manage existing relationships with channel partners. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales forecasting, planning daily and weekly sales activities, ensuring smooth operations of the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales Forecasting**:
- Meet defined customer targets and generate leads through various channels.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly sales activities to meet sales targets.
- **Customer Interaction & Product Information**:
- Provide customers with detailed product information to address their needs.
- Generate inquiries and sales leads through effective communication with prospective clients.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Place trucks and ensure smooth unloading processes to facilitate efficient sales operations.
- **Channel Partner Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with channel partners.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners to maintain smooth business operations.
- **Travel & Market Analysis**:
- Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet customers and partners.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for effective decision-making.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales or business development (preferred).
