**About Us**:
Ministry of Good Souls is a premium retail brand specializing in designer 925 silver jewelry. Our collections cater to modern, fashion-conscious customers who appreciate craftsmanship, elegance, and exclusivity. We are looking for a dynamic and stylish **female Sales Representative** to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement & Sales**:

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry that suits their style and needs.
- Build a rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Understand customer preferences and provide styling suggestions based on trends and occasions.
- Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Store Operations & Management**:

- Handle **billing and invoicing** efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer details.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in **stock management**, including inventory updates and coordination with the warehouse.
- **Product & Styling Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest fashion and jewelry trends to provide expert styling advice.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ministry of Good Souls’ jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and design elements.
- **Customer Service & Brand Representation**:

- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Represent the brand in a polished and elegant manner, ensuring a luxury retail experience.
- Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (spoken & written).
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience** in a premium retail store, preferably in a mall.
- Passionate about **fashion, styling, and luxury retail**.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of managing store operations independently.
- Flexible with **working hours**, including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping seasons.
- Proficiency in using billing software, POS systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
