Looking for smart and open minded personal secretary with sales responsibilities and the requirement to travel with boss in India and Abroad.

Job Location - ( Rajasthan)

The following duties and responsibilities:
Sales tasks: You will be responsible for sales tasks, such as researching potential clients, preparing proposals, following up with clients, and closing deals.

Sourcing products / Sampling - Travel with boss in India for sourcing products, suppliers and arrange new sampling with manufacturers.Most of the travel will be in Car and major state for sourcing products are uttar pradesh, Rajasthan and West Bengal.

Travel arrangements: You will be responsible for making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, arranging transportation, and booking hotels.

Organization: You will be responsible for keeping track of boss's schedule, maintaining files, and organizing documents.

Professionalism: You will be expected to act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Flexibility: You will need to be flexible in your work hours and travel schedule to accommodate boss needs.

Problem-solving: You will need to be able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly and efficiently, particularly when traveling.

Multitasking: You will need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once, balancing administrative duties with sales tasks and travel arrangements.

Overall, your job as a personal secretary with sales and travel responsibilities will be demanding but rewarding, providing you with a wide range of experiences and opportunities to grow in your career.

Job Location Jaipur, Rajasthan ,( food, company accommodation, travelling will be provided.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
