Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and filings as required by corporate law.
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring the company complies with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and other committees.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns, forms, and other documents with regulatory authorities like the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and SEBI.
- Conduct research on various legal and compliance matters, including changes in corporate laws and regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate governance trends, legal developments, and best practices.
- Assist with organizing and preparing for board and shareholder meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary as required.

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) program or any other recognized Company Secretary certification course.
- Qualified CS executive exams
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate laws, and SEBI regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior internship or exposure to corporate governance, compliance, or legal functions (if applicable).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
