**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and acquire new customers through cold calls, visits, and networking.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors.
- Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and market trends.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales performance.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Update CRM tools with client and sales information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
