**What Role Offers**:
You will be a key member of the Financial Reporting & Audit Management team participating in month end closing, statutory audits, and half year and year end group audit. You will have and strong engagement with external auditor and cross functional finance team. In this position you report to Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Audit Management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As part of month end closing, review BS and PL of your entities during WD3-5.
- As part of month end closing (WD 6) prepare Executive summary for Group Finance of entities in your area of responsibility.
- Validate Netsuite and OS WD6-7 and add supplementary information into OS by end of WD7.
- Preparation of accounts and documentation for statutory audits of entities within your remit.
- Co-ordination of audit queries with transaction owners and manage audit closure for entities within your remit.
- Support and coordinate the audit process for financial statements: liaise with auditors to finalize list of deliverables and documentation needed for audit, coordination of documentation support and providing necessary explanations
- Point of contact for Group Audit of entities within your responsibility and act as transaction owner or facilitator for queries relating to these entities.
- Obtain feedback on the process and implement improvement
**Qualifications**:
- CA with 2-4 yrs of experience in areas covering Statutory Audit, FS reviews and analysis, finalization of accounts,
- Exposure to Group audits in an MNC is an added advantage.
- An understanding of direct tax matters including transfer pricing is desired
- Strong Understanding of accounting and finance concepts.(Netsuite tool knowledge is an added advantage)
- Experience in managing the Internal financial controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures in turn to facilitate internal financial control.
- Experience in SoX Controls.
- Hands on experience on IFRS is desired
- Ability to work effectively with external & internal stakeholders including auditors
- Good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to co-ordinate & drive matters to meet the role objectives.

- Ready to work in a change management environment.
- Superior teamwork and motivating skills.
