**About Us**

Adhyyan Defence Academy is a premier institution dedicated to preparing students for officer-level entries in defence services, including NDA and other prestigious examinations. With a legacy of excellence, we are now expanding our operations under the banner of **Adhyyan Physical Academy** to offer training for below-officer Rank posts such as Jawans, Airmen, and Sailors. This will also include Police Bharti and State level similar exams.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary individual from an ex-Defence or Army background to join as the **Co-Founder** of our academy. This leadership role requires operational expertise, a commitment to discipline, and a passion for developing the next generation of defence personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**: Oversee and manage all residential and academic activities for students' preparation programs.
- **Strategic Development**: Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth strategies for both Adhyyan Defence Academy and Adhyyan Physical Academy.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead faculty, trainers, and support staff to maintain high standards of education, physical training, and discipline.
- **Residential Oversight**: Ensure a structured, safe, and comfortable living environment for students.
- **Academic Excellence**: Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure alignment with defense service requirements for all levels.
- **Brand Expansion**: Represent the academy in professional forums and public events to enhance its reputation and outreach.

**Qualifications**
- Retired Officer or JCO/NCO from the Indian Defence Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force).
- Proven track record in leadership and operational management.
- Strong organizational, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about guiding students aspiring for officer and below-officer level positions in the defence forces.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to work collaboratively as a co-founder.
