**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers and handle **inbound inquiries**.
- Follow up on leads, maintain communication, and convert them into prospects.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers clearly.
- Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead management.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Required any bachelor degree or 12th Grade.
- **Languages - English or Hindi (must)**:

- Excellent **verbal communication** skills in English and Tamil (or local languages).
- Confidence in handling cold calls and engaging conversations.
- Strong listening skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales communication techniques.

**Good to Have**
- Regional Languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kanada, Malayalam + Hindi & English.
- Experience in **telecalling**, **customer support**, or **sales coordination**.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** or **lead tracking tools**.
- Background in marketing, sales, or client handling roles.
