**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Modeling**:

- Create detailed 3D models, construction documents, and design schematics using Revit software.
- Develop accurate BIM (Building Information Modeling) models aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate on conceptual and detailed design stages of projects.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure design integrity and consistency throughout project phases.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide Revit expertise in developing families, templates, and standards.
- Troubleshoot Revit-related technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on Revit models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and address redline and revisions from stakeholders.
- **Documentation**:

- Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit Architecture.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.
- Familiarity with rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
- Familiarity with construction administration and project management.
