**Job Title**: UX Developer (Figma Specialist)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design Collaboration**:

- Translate design ideas and wireframes from Figma into interactive and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to understand and refine design requirements.
- Provide feedback on design feasibility and propose alternatives where necessary.
- **Prototyping**:

- Create interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate user flows and interactions using atomic design principles.
- Optimize prototypes for usability testing and gather insights to iterate on designs.
- **Front-End Development**:

- Convert Figma designs into clean, efficient, and accessible front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation that aligns with the design specifications.
- **Design Systems & Style Guides**:

- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in collaboration with the design team.
- Ensure consistency in design and development across projects.
- **User-Centric Approach**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine interfaces.
- Continuously optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Leverage Figma features such as auto-layouts, variants, and component libraries to streamline the design-to-development workflow.
- Utilize plugins and integrations to extend Figma's capabilities for development purposes.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
- Clearly communicate technical constraints or opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Ensure the developed interfaces are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.Key Skills and Qualifications.**:Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency **in **Figma** for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as **React**, **Vue.js**, or **Angular** (**optional **but advantageous).
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).

**Design Skills**:

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Ability to interpret and implement wireframes, mock-ups, and style guides.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English communication is MUST
- Attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in UX development or a similar role.
- Experience working with Figma plugins and design systems with portfolio showcasing the work and capablities

**Tools**:

- **Primary**: Figma, Figma Plugins
- **Development**: Visual Studio Code, Git

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
