Social Media Marketing Trainee

As a Social Media Marketing Trainee, you will embark on a learning journey to gain practical experience and develop skills in the dynamic field of social media marketing. This trainee program offers exposure to various aspects of digital marketing, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this rapidly evolving industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Learn to create compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Gain experience in monitoring and engaging with our social media audience through comments, messages, and mentions to foster meaningful interactions and build brand affinity.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our digital assets.
- Analytics and Insights: Familiarize yourself with social media analytics tools and techniques to track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Trend Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Influencer Relations: Learn to identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and partners for potential collaborations and sponsored content opportunities.
- Campaign Support: Provide support in the execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
- Graphic Design Assistance: Develop basic graphic design skills to assist in creating visuals and graphics for social media posts and campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as content creation, design, and sales to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in social media marketing and related areas.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced, evolving situations.
- Previous internship or coursework related to marketing or social media is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: ₹10,321.09 - ₹35,308.76 per month
