**Job Overview**:
As a Social Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of social media management and community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaborate with team members to coordinate social media calendars and schedules for content distribution.

Support the development of reports and presentations summarizing social media performance and key learnings.

**Qualifications**:
A strong passion for social media and digital marketing, with a basic understanding of various social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Prior experience with social media management, content creation, or community engagement is a plus.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
