**Urgent Hiring - Safety Officer (High Priority Vacancy)**
**Location**: Lanjigarh
**Project**: ABB Project
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 (In Hand)

We are hiring a qualified and experienced **Safety Officer** for a high-priority requirement at our ABB Project site in Lanjigarh.

**Qualification**:
B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering OR ADIS / PDIS from State Board (mandatory)

**Experience**: Relevant experience in industrial/construction safety is required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with site safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver safety induction and training programs for workers and staff.
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
- Maintain all safety documentation and reports as per legal and project requirements.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at the site.
- Coordinate with project and client teams on safety-related matters.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
