We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. Responsibilities include managing incoming mail, calculating project dimensions, updating Excel spreadsheets, processing payments, handling billing, and responding to inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Check and organize incoming mail
- Calculate dimensions for projects as needed
- Update Excel spreadsheets daily
- Process payments and manage billing
- Perform accurate data entry
- Submit bills and track expenses
**Qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
