Social Media Strategist

Zycamo is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and executing content calendars across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. In collaboration with the creative department, you will develop engaging and impactful social media strategies for our clients. We are looking for a technical individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience with Meta Suite and YouTube Creator Studio is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative department to ensure timely production of high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, platforms, algorithm changes, and social media policies.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant communities.
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills related to Meta Suite and YouTube Creator Studio.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Meta Suite (previously known as Facebook Business Suite) and YouTube Creator Studio.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for social media.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Basic design skills and proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
