**Job Description: Social Media Intern**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective social media strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve our social media goals. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our brand's online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media accounts and ad creatives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Optimize ad campaigns regularly to improve performance and meet key metrics.
- Monitor social media platforms, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and stay up to date with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, features, and technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.
- Assist in the development of social media reports, including campaign performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Passion for social media and a solid understanding of popular platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate engaging content and think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (such as Facebook Ads Manager) and basic knowledge of campaign setup and optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and basic understanding of website analytics is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
