**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **preventive and predictive maintenance** schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and production delays.
- Operate and troubleshoot **PLC & automation systems**, including ladder logic and control wiring.
- Program, install, and commission **Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)** as per operational needs.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal maintenance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare part usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and replacement of critical components.
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the factory.

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in maintenance within the **beverage or FMCG industry**.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or weekends when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
