Company Name - Aerol Formulation Pvt Ltd Company Overview- Aerol is one of India s leading manufacturers of aerosol and specialty chemical products serving industries such as automotive electrical industrial maintenance and home care With over three decades of expertise Aerol has built a strong reputation for innovation quality and reliability Our product portfolio includes a wide range of lubricants cleaners coatings and maintenance solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of industrial and consumer applications Driven by technology sustainability and customer focus Aerol continues to expand its presence across domestic and international markets delivering solutions that improve performance safety and efficiency Position - General Manager- Plant Operations Location - Bahadurgarh Rohtak Candidates residing within 10 km of the factory is preferred Qualification - B Sc B E B Tech degree is preferred Experience Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing industries such as LPG Bottling Grease Lubricants Paints Aerosols Chemicals or FMCG Cosmetics Household Insecticides Detergents etc Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Plant Head Factory Manager Age Preferably around 40 years Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee daily production operations and shift activities Plan manpower requirements and build a strong team across production maintenance quality and stores Prepare and execute production plans to achieve output and efficiency targets Ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimize downtime Ensure compliance with Factories Act Labour Laws Pollution Control norms and other statutory requirements Experience in handling flammable solvents LPG and adherence to PESO and other safety regulations is preferred Implement and maintain standards like ISO 9001 ISO 45001 etc Supervise Quality Control QC and Quality Assurance QA activities including preparation of SOPs work instructions product specifications and batch production records Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery electrical systems and utilities Manage factory infrastructure including land buildings security and housekeeping Handle day-to-day factory administration and coordination with local authorities and corporate management Preferred Candidate - A local domicile resident of Bahadurgarh or Rohtak Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end plant operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Bahadurgarh Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Plant Head 5 years Required Work Location In person
