**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)**:

- Reconcile GSTR 2A/2B with purchase records and coordinate with vendors for mismatches
- Handle **Input Tax Credit (ITC)** calculations and utilization
- Manage and record daily accounting transactions in Tally or other ERP software
- Maintain records of **sales, purchases, and expenses** with proper documentation
- Coordinate with CA/auditor for tax audits and assessments
- Generate reports for internal use - P&L, balance sheet, TDS summaries, etc.
- Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, and professional tax
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and government authorities regarding tax queries

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting with a focus on **GST filing and reconciliation**:

- Proficient in **Tally ERP, Excel**, and basic MS Office tools
- Strong knowledge of Indian GST laws, ITC rules, and deadlines
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based company
- Experience coordinating with external auditors or tax consultants

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
