**As an office executive in the Chairman’s office, you will**:
- Report to the Chairman and perform secretarial and administrative duties.
- Travel with the Chairman as per requirements and acting as a POC for coordination with other departments, external stakeholders’ communication.
- Assisting the Chairman with his schedule, meeting requests, reminders, maintaining and storing files, making travel arrangements.
- Managing Chairman’s office supplies and replacements.
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, sending faxes.
- Plan and implement hospitality arrangements for the Chairman, including provision of hospitality for visitors.
- Providing personal assistance to the Chairman by taking care of his basic needs, such as, medicines, food, clothes, and his general wellbeing etc
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Typically, 0-2 years of experience in personal assistant role.
- Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering, MBA’s degree required in marketing, human resources, or any another master’s in management role.
- You must have:
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good command on MS- Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- A pleasant and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
