**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, speciality drinks, and cold beverages like mojitos.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
- Suggest and upsell our dessert offerings to enhance the customer experience.
- Multitask effectively during busy periods.
- Learn and prepare other menu items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee, desserts, and mixology.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
