Job Summary
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas who are passionate about coffee and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Barista at Brown Town, you'll craft beverages with precision, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to Brown Town standards
- Educate customers on our menu and recommend products based on their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the workstations and customer areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Provide friendly, prompt, and respectful service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but not required (we provide training)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
