In Asset Servicing roles, you will handle corporate and income events across asset classes, including corporate actions, income processing, claims management, tax reclamation, and more.

As an Asset Associate in our Asset Services team, you will be a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions. You will develop and manage secure, innovative service solutions globally, using the latest technology to deliver industry-leading capabilities and enhance client experiences. Your focus will be on refining technology-promoten interactions to promote growth and provide unparalleled user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage queries raised on the back of COAC and Income events.
- Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolution within defined and limited autonomy.
- Understand the asset servicing lifecycle.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal communication with Client Service and Operations.
- Be flexible with extended hours as per business requirements to meet client expectations.
- Work under pressure and in different shifts.
- Manage complex cases and ensure great turnaround.
- Work for extended hours during high volumes and manage deadline-driven activities. Work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Require a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, In custody asset servicing & fund services, markets or prime brokerage, securities lending space.
- Possess extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel (lookups, etc.), and Outlook.
- Demonstrate excellent prior asset servicing services, securities lending, or prime brokerage operational experience.
- Be flexible, follow tight deadlines, and organize and prioritize work.
- Experience working on multi-stream programs.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls.
- Communicate and present effectively, including the ability to convey strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments.
- Be proactive in identifying and escalating issues.
