**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **post-sales client interactions** and address customer queries.
- Track **payment schedules** and follow up with clients.
- Generate **receipts** and maintain payment records.
- Assist in **resolving customer concerns** and provide necessary support.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure **customer satisfaction**.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **post-sales processes** is preferred.
- Strong **communication and follow-up skills**.
- Ability to manage **multiple client interactions** efficiently.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** is a plus.
