To ensure high standards of patient care to all patients admitted to the St. Joseph’s Hospital, Ghaziabad.
- To provide urgent medical attention and treatment for medical surgical and pediatric patients.
- Assists specialists to review and follow up patients under treatment to ensure the completion of treatment and monitor the progress of the patients.
- Assists specialists to provide guidance and supervision to the staff under him/her.
- Work as a team member and cooperate with each other (Departmental HOD’s, floor supervisor, Ward in
- charge, colleagues and other staff) during the duties to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Attend all patient complaints, provide routine medical care and carry out the necessary procedures during your duty hours.
- Perform or assist senior members of the team in performing invasive procedures.
- Handle common clinical procedures and emergency situations such as, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and then communicate with the senior members of the team.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with NABH standards.
- Participate in inter-departmental clinical meetings to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Adhere to quality indicators, patient rights, TAT and protocols for the departments.
- Adhere to prescribed infection control standards.
- You are expected to be available throughout your duty hours in ICU and attend emergency calls in casualty as well as in wards whenever needed and report to the respective consultant if necessary.
- Ensure there are details notes in medical records, including preparing the patient discharge summary, death certificate, reference letter, transfers, MLC etc. according to the policy of the hospital.
- No independent charge of patients.
- No privilege to do surgery independently.
- Do any other clinical duties assigned by the Consultant/MS.
- Comply with all the policies of the hospital & maintain a cordial environment at the place of your work.
- To assist in the day to day functions of the hospital or any other responsibilities within their level of experience requested by the hospital.

**Salary**: ₹21,119.37 - ₹72,003.29 per month
