Resident Medical Officer

**Patient Care**: Conduct routine examinations, assess patient conditions, and administer treatments as per clinical guidelines.
- **Medical Procedures**: Assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and emergency interventions. Perform minor procedures when needed.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Regularly monitor patient progress, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- **Emergency Response**: Attend to medical emergencies, provide initial resuscitation, and stabilize patients as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- **Patient Communication**: Discuss medical conditions, treatment plans, and progress with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding and managing expectations.
- **Medication Management**: Prescribe medications under guidance, review treatment plans, and adjust as necessary based on patient progress.
- **Shift Work**: Provide round-the-clock care by working rotating shifts, ensuring continuity of care, especially during weekends and nights.
