**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and design**: Develop creative and original motion graphics concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Animation**: Create high-quality animations using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) for various platforms (web, social media, video).
- **Video editing**: Edit and assemble video footage, incorporating motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
- **Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan animation sequences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into projects.
- **Project management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
- **Stay updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and animation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Cinema 4D (preferred), and other relevant animation software.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and online video platforms.
- **Creative Skills**: Excellent conceptualization, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- **Problem-solving Skills**: Ability to think creatively and find solutions to design challenges.
- **Teamwork**: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- **Portfolio**: A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
