**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated **Junior Motion Graphic Designer** to join our design team. As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for our brand. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Creation**: Assist in the design and production of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- **Video Editing**: Support video editing projects, including cutting and assembling footage, adding effects, and syncing audio to create compelling video content.
- **Collaborate with the Creative Team**: Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop engaging motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Storyboarding & Conceptualization**: Participate in brainstorming and storyboard development to visualize the direction of animations and video projects.
- **Asset Preparation**: Prepare and organize graphic assets such as typography, logos, icons, and illustrations for use in motion projects.
- **Adherence to Timelines**: Meet deadlines for assigned tasks while maintaining high design standards and attention to detail.
- **Maintain Design Consistency**: Ensure consistency in style, quality, and messaging across all motion graphics and animations, adhering to brand guidelines.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or a related field, either through internships, freelance work, or full-time positions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in motion design and video editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Illustrator and Cinema 4D is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio demonstrating strong motion graphics and animation skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and design principles.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and bring them to life through motion graphics.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in style and quality across projects.
- **Bachelor’s Degree**: In Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Sound Design & Syncing**: Basic understanding of audio editing and syncing sound effects with visuals.
- **3D Animation**: Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus but not required.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Experience creating motion graphics for social media platforms, including knowledge of formats and aspect ratios.
- **Team Player**: Ability to take direction from senior designers while contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,072.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
