- _ **C. Preparation of Quotation / Performa Invoice / Sales invoice on timely basis **_
- _**D. Acknowledge customer orders in timely manner**_
- _ **E. Preparation of customer quotes and process orders **_
- _**F. Input orders on ERP system **_
- _**G. Update customers of changes in deliver schedules**_
- _ **H. Action customer returns**_
- _ **I. Communicate internally with other departments **_
- _**K. Deal with customer complaints **_
- _**L. Monitoring of stock levels **_
- _**M. Support to sales team**_

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- sales coordinator: 4 years (required)
- Sales support coordinator: 1 year (required)
